We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make the situation right.

If you want to cancel or change your order for any reason, you can do so in the next 8h, after that the order is placed.

Since our products are customized, we do not offer refunds after the design preview is approved.
You have the right to claim refund or replacement if a product has been damaged, is missing or is subject to a print error. If so, please contact us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
